At Trackside Collective, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the custom nature of our products, we follow the policy below:
1. Custom Products (e.g., Graphics, Press Releases, Logo Design)
All custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun. If you are unhappy with the final result, please reach out and we will work with you to make reasonable revisions where possible.
2. Physical Products (e.g., Apparel, Prints)
Refunds or exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email clayton@tracksidecollective.com with your order number, issue, and any supporting photos or documents. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
